This came with all the parts needed nothing missing and it even came with replacement trigger mounts. The shell fit together fantastically no alignment or fitment issues. It feels nice, high quality and seems near if not completely indistinguishable from my OEM controllers. It does look like the XYAB buttons do sit slightly lower with this shell but not enough to cause any issues. Overall this shell seems it could be OEM if it isn’t though it’s a very good recreation.

Overall im pleased with how it turned out but there are a few things to mention. The first thing is that the houseing doesn't quit line up on the right side. Not a big deal at all. It doesn't bother me while using. The main issuse i had with this purchase was i didn't have the right tools to take the controller apart. It does NOT come with any type of tools so BEFORE buying this make sure you have all the right tools so that you can use item.

I'm happy with this purchase.. I found the installation to be pretty easy and I have no experience with doing this previously. The only issue was it didn't come with any tools to do so. I had to make do with what I had.The only "defect" I had shows in the pic.. The gap in between one of the bumpers is slightly bigger then it should be, but its not extremely noticable and doesn't effect the gameplay at all. I did use a different face cover then what came with the set, so that may have had something to do with it, although I don't believe that's the case. I would definitely recommend if you need to replace parts or just wanna change up your controller like I did. ☺️

It fit slightly tight, I think that’s more because of the abuse the old controller took. Feels nice, looks nice, grips fine. It was durable, the tight fit made it crack on the little front piece but it definitely got dropped hard af when that happened. Definitely decent value for the price, definitely wouldn’t have cracked if I was the only one using it so for me it’s a solid buy for anyone wanting to re-alive their old controller.

The shell, sticks, and buttons are all top-quality. Most definitely pleased with my purchase. Used this bad boy on a Xbox One controller in which case the entire casing was cracked (one or two bad drops from bedside-use as a BT controller). Looks great and damn near identical to Genuine Xbox shells and buttons. None of the edges are sharp and the shell has been holding up great with its near-daily use! 9/10 (price could be a tad bit lower), other than that this thing is great, and a great little project for a budding tech-tinkerer/IT tech with too much spare time

Easy to install except I would of liked all the pieces of the shell to be disconnected so I could put it together. I guess was easier to package that way without getting them broke. Love it btw (I only needed the shell replacement so now I have extra parts if I need later.)
