Rugby Regular Strength Calcium Antacid Tablets help relieve heartburn, acid ingestion, sour stomach, and upset stomach associated with these symptoms. Each chewable tablet contains 500 mg of calcium carbonate, an antacid. For adults and children 12 years and older, chew 2-4 tablets as symptoms occur or as directed by a doctor. Do not take for symptoms that persist for more than 2 weeks unless directed by a doctor.

This is a pretty basic antacid formulation, with each tablet containing 500mg of calcium carbonate. But basic or not, it gets the job done just fine for me. It has a surprisingly fresh peppermint taste, and is less chaky than many other similar options. The tablets are thin and easy to chew. The price is well below brand name options, which is always nice.The country of manufacture is not specified on the bottle, so I assume these are not made in the US. The lack of info on where they were made is disappointing. But, since they work well, taste great, are easy to chew and a good value, I'll give them 4 stars even though it lacks sourcing info.

I like that these have a nice peppermint taste, even though they can make you sneeze. Not a fan of those fruity tablets.I take one of these twice a day to boost my calcium intake since I don't use a lot of dairy products. These tablets will fit into my small pill organizer along with prescription meds and are reasonably priced.

Nice minty flavor. Since Tums decided to make mint scarce and change the formula to make the tablets 'puffy', I had to find a replacement. The Rugby product is as good as if not better than the competitors.
