Easy to install and works great. Just stick to metal you’re welding. Works great, well made and worth the money.

The magnet seem to be pretty weak which is odd because of the interference of the magnet gives to the ark but it works for simple out back stick welding on a trailer or something

It worked ok for a few hours but the magnet is weak and after about 5 hours welding and not all at once but spread out about a month lost the magnet. I just ordered a Hobart magnet clamp, hopefully it’ll be better quality.

This wasn’t attached to my mig for more than 4 minutes before it broke. It was accidentally knocked off the bench and hit the ground. Yes!! This is a workshop and things fall sometimes.The magnet immediately fell out and it appears there’s just a white plastic ring that’s responsible for holding the magnet in place via friction. I’m going to struggle through the rest of the day then reattach my clamp.I’m debating if it’s even worth the hassle to send this crap back.Seriously folks, if you’re doing anything slightly above hobby welding, buy a different product.Sellers and manufacturers, consider crimping the sheet metal shroud around the magnet. Your current design doesn’t just suck. It SUCKS REALLY REALLY BAD!!!!

The media could not be loaded. A lot of people don’t know about these things as a third generation welder in my family. I’m not saying I’m good at it. lolBut I can weld a little bit to get by this thing is a life saver.

Always love these with magnets behind it really makes good contact. It could be used on any type of surfaces. Great item would highly recommend it. Make sure to tie everything down securely as far as the bolts nuts and so on then it takes really good affect when welding.

I honestly really like this. I bought the two magnet version, have not had any problems with it. I dislike trying to get a positive connection on odd shaped surface, this solves the problem.
Broke within a week
The yellow wafer board is not strong enough and broke. Also the rings that hold the magnets in place were always falling out
