My first try of steel oats of any kind and I'm Very Happy with the taste. I used milk to cook them in and the taste is quite amazing which I was not expecting. They did give me bad bloating (eat a orange or two, not orange juice though or eat something hot like cherry pepper. Hot {NOT spicy} gets rid of gas/bloating). I am now soaking the steel oats in water for at least 16 hours and then I cook with milk which lets the flavor come out. You can use water to cook also. The milk makes it creamy. I add cinnamon and maple syrup to mine and either berries and/or banana. The taste alone is a reason to buy this. I used instant oats before this and those never had the taste these do. Great stuff, I HIGHLY recommend to EVERYBODY. SO Good. I mentioned the orange because I'm not big on taking man-made stuff like for anti whatever since I try to eat all natural and cut out as much processed and man-made stuff I can. Your health and your stomach will thank you with LONG life and less medical bills.

I eat 1/2 cup of these oats every morning with blueberries. Microwave them with 1/2 cup water for 3 minutes of cook time.Fills me up after a morning workout. It’s a good healthy choice.

I like them . Takes little longer to cook then the other type of oats ,but steel cuts are lower on glicemia chart and that’s what I wanted . I cook them with water . Taste good , healthier version of oats

I really like to prepare steel cut oats in my pressure cooker. Also, I never realized how easily I could consume 9 pounds of this stuff, but I keep coming back. Easy to buy, easy to store, and easy to eat. Quality is consistent and as long as this continues, I'm going to keep buying.

DELISH. I make mine in the Instapot. I pour in 2 cups of steel cut oats, add 6 cups of water, 1 TBSP vanilla extract, set it for 6 minutes, once it beeps that it's done cooking, I don't touch it! Instead, I let it all sit in there for ANOTHER 25 minutes, and when that 25 minutes has passed, only THEN do I open the Instapot, and stir it up. It comes out thick and creamy every single time. I put it in a bowl, add a little plant milk, some walnuts, top with maple syrup, and I'm in Heaven, it also feeds me my breakfast for the week's work days so that's a plus.
