I can only take a quarter or a third of a pill in the morning because it lasts for a good 12-15 hrs and if I take it too late I'll be up all night. I'm a software engineer and it feels like I have limitless concentration and capacity to work through problems all day. I break open a capsule and dump a third into some juice and it mixes in. With coffee it's a lot of energy! I can't really compare it to anything else I've taken but it's great. It's more a feeling of alertness and having your brain feel "on" or "activated" than that jittery feeling you get from coffee or other stimulants.I take it with Alpha Brain and eat eggs in the morning to get extra choline and acetylcholine. CDP-Choline would be another good option to stack with it so acetylcholine levels don't get depleted. This is pretty common with any nootropic.I'll probably cycle it like most other people do and take weekends off and maybe not take it every day. Other people have mentioned using polygala with it and I might try that too.Update March 23, 2024 - I've been using this since last October and it's still great. I still only use about half of a pill and still need to take it in the morning because it gives me a lot of energy (focus) for 12-14 hrs. I only use it a few times a week because taking it every day would be too much for me. I'm also taking lions main which has a similar action so the two are probably working together. It does feel like it's "regrowing my brain cells" which is a weird and great feeling. One side effect of neurogenesis like this is a little brain fog while the brain is restructuring these cells, so sometimes I take weeks off to let my brain go back to baseline. This is definitely worth trying, it's best with exercise and good amounts of sleep and eggs / choline. Nothing else quite like it.Update May 18, 2025 - Still using this a few days a week, only a quarter of a pill at a time but my brain is really sensitive to everything I take so maybe you can handle more. Still taking it with Alpha Brain, lion's mane, cordyceps, NAC, NMN, coffee, and eating eggs every morning. I still need to take it early in the morning so I can sleep at night. I still take weeks off. Exercise definitely feels great with this and helps balance the feeling of alertness. Also some Japanese sencha / matcha green tea is a great option (for the theanine) to help smooth out the effects if it's still going strong in the evening. Really glad I tried this stuff! It feels like I have the mental energy and capacity to keep creating and learning new things even later in the day when I would normally feel my energy drop a bit.

Tried this product for a month wasReally happy and even decided to buy another 30 count. Two days after waiting for my new bottle to come I caught an anxiety attack and started withdrawing from this product worse than a real drug . Definitely creates a dependency on it and a severe withdrawal with anxiety and a feeling that I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy. More studies and research need to be performed before releasing it to the public because now I have to call out of work because it’s been 3 days and the anxiety has not gone away. My sister which is a doctor and is all for homeopathy also developed the same symptoms upon stoping usage.

Easily the most impactful and noticeable nootropic from ND in terms of acute mood boosting, energy, and mental clarity effects. Only downside is that it can cause insomnia sometimes, but as long as you make sure to take it early in the morning, the insomnia effects go away. On another note, I just wanted to comment on another persons review claiming that it caused “dependency and withdrawal” - that’s just not true whatsoever. So many people who review things online are hypochondriacs. There’s nothing in this noot that has anything to do with dependency or withdrawal.

I use this along side saffron supplements in tandem with my antidepressant (Wellbutrin 300mg) and it’s been a great combo for me. I don’t feel wired or get excessive sweats or jitters or anything. The only side effect I’ve noticed has been biting the inside of my cheek/lip. But other than that I like and I am going to repurchase

This Compound In combination with other Compounds known to increase BDNF factor like cordycepin found in Cordyceps S. are extremely synergizing!!But im just giving a heads up that this compound could be carcinogenic...Why?4-(Dimethylamino)biphenyl, 4-Aminobiphenyl, and Benzidine are all structurely related to this compound. The structure of 4-DMA-7,8,DHF even though it has lots of oxygen groups on one side, it still should be subsituted with other compounds like 7,8-DHF. So Imma stick with just the short lasting version found in nature, the original 7,8-DHF molecule instead. I encourage you guys to do the same... you will be using the product above at your own risk.
