This was such a good price so I decided to try it. I've been using a different brand for years. It comes in 32 oz. I was looking for a more economical option. I tried a 64 oz of another brand and after that I tried this one.This one I hate to say it, seems to have a laxative effect on me. I've never had that with any other brand. Only when first starting and after a long lay off from mct oil, did that ever happen. It's been a week now and I'm also in ketosis, so it's not that. I'm going to keep using though and would think at some point my body would adjust to it. I've never had this problem with MCT oil before.I've only taken 1 tablespoon of this per day. The other brands I would take twice a day.

I use this in my coffee as well as consume it in two tablespoon doses first thing when I wake up. I used to buy smaller bottles of fractionated coconut oil at my grocery store, until they no longer had it available, which is when I got this product.This is essentially the same thing as MCT oil without the taxes which accompany the prices of supplements. There is no flavor, so you can add it to anything. If you're a first-time consumer of this stuff, you may want to not consume it on its own as it is a little awkward just consuming straight oil like that. Add it to your coffee, tea, full fat dairy products, and more. If you so wish, you can also use this in your skin and hair care products for you would otherwise be utilizing a tax variety of fractionated coconut oil or mineral oil.
