I recently tried this espresso coffee and was blown away by the rich and bold flavor. The combination of Central American Arabica beans and Robusta beans creates a perfect balance that is not too bitter or too acidic. This is pretty good medium roast coffee. I feel it is in the longer roasted range of medium roast.

I am no coffee snob or connoisseur, but I do like my coffee to be not bitter with no sour aftertaste. Now, I do find that all coffee has some bitterness when black so I do enjoy it with some sweetened non-dairy creamer which helps mitigate that. I like to drink and taste coffee the way it smells and this coffee does just that.

This is roasted how I exactly like it. It provides for an excellent boost in the mornings and isn't too bitter. Goes well with sweet stuff since it doesn't have an inherent sweetness on its own. Brews well and beans are fresh.
