These bowl scrapers are perfect. If you've made bread, you know how important it is to be able to scrape out the bowl cleanly without popping the precious air bubbles you built during bulk fermentation. These scrapers are small and flexible and easily conform to various bowl sizes to gently scoot the dough out onto the work surface. I use the straight edge to cut my dough into pieces and also use this for the shaping process. I also use these scrapers to cut butter into flour for pie crusts and to mix in chocolate chips, nuts, and more into my cookies. When I'm done, I use my fingers to scrape off the dough and put these through the dishwasher. These scrapers have helped me make many beautiful sourdough loaves, focaccia, buns, pie crust, cookies, and more. These are versatile, durable and always in reach when I'm baking.
