Only 160 calories per bar means I can have one of these as a quick afternoon snack or first thing in the morning with coffee.The quality ordered from this vendor was perfect. All the bars arrived in excellent shape and freshness. I will not hesitate to reorder these.As a side note, if you live in a tropical area, you may want to refrigerate them as this does not hurt the quality. However, if you leave them out in a warmer climate, they might melt slightly, but also doesn't harm the quality - it just ensures the chocolate will be slightly softer as will the bars. It's really a matter of taste.The value is outstanding. I highly recommend these treats at this price!

Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Nut Bars are like the snack equivalent of a plot twist. You think it’s all sweet, then BAM—a salty surprise that keeps things interesting. It’s the perfect combination of flavors for when you need something to keep you going but don’t want to sacrifice taste for “healthy.” The nuts stay crunchy, the chocolate’s just dark enough, and it’s a solid snack that doesn’t leave you feeling guilty—or hungry. Would recommend for anyone who needs a snack break with a little more complexity.
