The cookies are delicious. However, they were all crumbled the way they were packaged and delivered. We had to eat them with a spoon.

These are actually so good. I had to wait like 2 weeks for them to come in, so that's the only downside. It's not too limey and has a nice taste to it. I guess the taste is similar to those powdered wedding cookies but replace the lemon with key lime. Super good! The banana ones are good too! Not too banana-ey

Since I was diagnosed with type 1.5 diabetes 5 years ago, I have tried many different kinds of high glycemic index carbs for when my blood sugar suddenly gets too low. I love Wafers and so when I came across these on Bolo Fresh about 6 months ago I decided to give them a try. For me they work absolutely perfectly, better than anything else at quickly and smoothly raising my blood sugar when it has dipped too low to the point of me feeling shaky. Nothing else I've ever tried has eliminated the stress of worrying that my blood sugar will suddenly crash. Each wafer has 7 carb grams which is a perfect unit for me so I will take anywhere from 2 to 5 wafers depending on how low my blood sugar is. I started out getting the lime which I like but wish the lime flavor was stronger. Then I got the banana which has a stronger flavor that is yummy to me. These are definitely very sweet which works for me because I rarely eat sugary Foods and the richness of these means that a few bites goes a long way in satisfying my sweet tooth while giving my blood sugar a boost when needed.
