I purchased a set of resistance bands but they only came with one set of handles so I purchased these so that each band would have handles so I could quickly sit from one band to the other and these work perfectly.

Most resistance bands come with one set of handles. This works fine, but when switching to different bands for different exercises, one must remove the handles from one band and reattach to another band. Again, not a big deal for most people. As a trainer, I conduct virtual workout sessions, and switching handles definitely cause a delay, so I purchased a set for myself and recommended them to my clients. What a difference! These are light weight and sturdy enough for this purpose. The price point is excellent at just under $12 (when I purchased them) for the set of 4 , since after purchasing bands and other home workout equipment, it is hard for me to tell clients to spend even more money. Great deal!

These work great. The problem is that the foam on the handles gets crushed during shipping or in storage. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance but I don’t want crushed handles. I exchanged and the new set also was a bit crushed but not as bad. I kept the second set.

I set these up with two different colors of Theraband (only the green is pictured). I did a double-knot around the metal part and they've been holding steady. The design of the handles allows different movements and angles for my arm exercises. I like that the handles are lightweight and the foam is soft. This pack was a great value.

I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and durability. Been working out at home with resistance bands and wanted more grips to have more weight options. They are working out great.

...and at a fair price. I bought Theraband tubing with clips at each end but, they needed handles. These handles did the job.

Bought these as a replacement for the handles that came with my resistance band set as one broke, they are bigger and feel better built so time will tell
