This is a beautiful notebook. The cover is soft and luxurious. The color is awesome and the pages are really high quality. I've used many different pens and none of them have leaked through the pages. This really keeps me organized. There's even a little pocket in the back. I wish the description box was wider, though. Other than that, it's perfect. The height of the rows is generous and the width of all of the boxes (except description) is just right. I think this will last me forever, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy a different notebook style from Clever Fox.

Works as intended. I particularly like the size. It can easily be found in my backpack, unlike the check register that comes with your checks that I'd always misplace or run out of room too quickly. I've been using mine for three years now and I'm only half way through it. Will definitely order another when this one runs out of space.

I have bought this brand before, and I think they're excellent. I have no complaints about this product. The first one I bought about 1 1/2 years ago is a 10 x 8. This second one is like 8 x 6. The layout and everything are the same between the two. But I prefer the larger size now that I have the smaller one in my hands though. Mainly because it has more room to write and larger lines and spaces. Wish I had gotten the larger size now, but I'll deal with it. I also like the larger one because it has an elastic pen/pencil holder on the spine of the book which seems like a better place than having on that hangs out on the open side where a pen/pencil can possibly get hung up on things while carrying it or stowing it away in a bag or backpack or desk drawer. 4 stars only because of that last bit of critique. If I could tell the manufacturer anything it would be to put the pen holder back on the spine.

This book is perfect for what I need! It is made very well. It has a compartment in the back for receipts, checks, etc… the leather seems to be very durable. All in all, it’s a great product. Especially for the price.

My financial institution discontinued cheque record books but I'm a creature of habit!
I love these record books for my banking transactions. So many pages! Good if you also keep track of spending on credit cards. I have purchased 5 so far.

Excellent Check Register
I had always depended on the small check registers the bank used to give me. They no longer provide them so I purchased some thru Bolo. I also got this Clever Fox Check Register. It's great. It has a large capacity and it keeps all your transactions neatly in one place. You have to get one or maybe two now. You can't do better than this to record your debits and credits to your bank accounts. I'm getting one more ( or maybe two).
