My doctor recommented Mucinex Nightshift to help me sleep. He said it's non habit forming which is important to me. It works well enough. Takes me about 30 minutes to fall asleep and many nights I can get 4 to 5 hours before waking up. I can usually fall back asleep for at least another hour.
