These P and D coins struck the Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco Mints Respectively. It depicts women's suffrage campaigner Susan B. Anthony on the obverse. It was the first circulating U.S. coin with the portrait of an actual woman rather than an allegorical female figure such as 'Liberty'. The reverse of the Anthony dollar is based upon the insignia of the Apollo 11 mission, which was also used on the reverse of the Eisenhower Dollar that preceded it

The description says P,D,S Susan B. Anthony 3 coin SET! The details say P,D,S…. I revived P,D,D. 1 Philadelphia, 2 Denver mints and no San Francisco mint! This is very disappointing considering the whole reason I purchased this 3 coin SET was to add the 1981 S ( San Francisco) I’m missing to my collection! I really hope this was an accident and not a case of bait & switch given that the S mint mark is the most sought after of the 3 and other reviews it makes me wonder but if this was bait and switch I’m not a lawyer but I’m pretty sure that’s illegal and would infuriate me! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the coins were in great condition.
