This manual massage roller does help with muscle soreness/aches. Of course it has to be an area where you can reach which leaves out your back—u can have a person you trust get those areas for you but it’s much better when you are in control. I give this massage roller 4 stars

I got this to hopefully roll out any imperfections on my legs. I think I used it too rough because I bruised myself. I haven't really kept up on using it but the qualitiy is durable. I guess just don't press down so hard, or maybe my skin is super sensitive. I think if I continued to use it regularly maybe I would see some improvement.
