These are super easy to swallow, just two capsules a day, and they’ve really helped keep me regular. I take one daily and I can tell it helps. I love that it has broccoli, kale, flax seed and a few other things I dread eating daily. So this is a simple way to get the benefits of these without eating a bowl of them!

So...I couldn't decide how I felt after a couple months with these. I didn't feel the drastic difference I was hoping for and the pills are large to swallow and not the cheapest...so I thought I'd try a different product. Well, I realized how much this helped once I was off of it. I do feel a less bloated and less constipated taking 2 of these a day. Overall, I'd say these are worth it for me.

I purchased the sparkle fiber. While I'm sure these work for some people, these did not work for me. Other reviewers are correct about the taste being a little weird when you're swallowing the pill but that wasn't a big deal for me. I have a very sensitive GI so I wasn't expecting this to be some miracle product. I took one pill for 7 days (I never increased due to my sensitivity) and felt like my discomfort got worse throughout the week. I was able to poop after I stopped taking these pills. Not for me.

I didn't notice a difference at all with these. I'm still inconsistent.

I started slow at one pill then tried to work my way up. I only eat twice a day due to my schedule. It seemed to hurt my stomach if I took multiple pills a day. I am only on week 2 and haven't felt much difference. I will update after a month.
