I have enjoyed this hot sauce for a long time. Now, note, when they say "hot", this one means it. I like things very spicy, but if you're used to something like Tabasco, this one might have you sticking your head under the faucet.My favorite thing to do with this sauce is to take leftover fried chicken or "chicken tenders", mix a couple tablespoons with some butter and a dash of vinegar, and make Buffalo wings that have some genuine heat to them. I haven't found very many places that can make them with that level; even the "ULTRA MEGA EXTRA HOT!" are not all that hot in many cases. So if you like it spicy, get this one (or the Reaper) and do it yourself.

Love being able to add this to chili, "hot" wing sauces, and bbq for some extra fire. However, it is just heat and light on flavor, that is what I was looking for, if that isn't you I'd avoid it. It's a small step above Tabasco for flavor but a huge leap from Tabasco as far as heat is concerned.

I liked the aroma of the one I opened. Since I got this for Christmas I have not tried all three. I used it on nachos and chicken wings.
