I have tried lots of products and this one works the best. Gentle, no cramping and no surprises. I usually take at bedtime and the next day I have relief. Highly recommend!

This product is impressive. I had not gone for many days. I used a fleet enema that did nothing so I knew I was in trouble. I've hadconstipation issues my whole life. I ordered this after reading the reviews. Took 2 first night with no results or discomfort. Took 2 the 2nd night and the next day things started moving. No cramps or anything. Took 2 the 3rd night and everything cleared out. No pain or cramps. It's phenomenal. Very impressed and relieved.

Very good fiber laxative. No cramping. It recommends 2 caps but one is effective for me. Drink at least 8 oz water after taking it. It is more effective if taken at bedtime. Usually get results first thing next morning.
