Carlyle Probiotics with Prebiotics 50 Billion is a very effective probiotic/prebiotic supplement to aid with digestion and overall health.- Easy to swallow capsules. Remember to refrigerate after opening bottle.- We split the 2 capsule dose into 1 capsule twice daily.- Results as expected.I highly recommend this product.

These were probably good but when they come and are in left in the sun they have no strength and don't work anymore. I would suggest leaving instructions so the heat doesn't destroy the good bacteria or order in the winter.
