Even with coffee or tea, I felt that I lacked energy to study and work. I've taken other probiotic blends of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium and most of them don't make a noticeable improvement in health. However, here's where Bioptimizers products differ. In addition to taking P3om (for several months) prior, I've been taking Cognibiotics once a day, in the morning for about 10 days, and I notice the difference in energy. I highly recommend trying Cognibiotics.

After a lot of research, I decided to take a chance. I absolutely love this product and saw a difference in my memory within 1 week! My focus was greatly improved! I ended up buying directly from the company to save more money on my second bottle.

It’s always out of stock which is a good sign, I’ve been taking this for about a year and it’s helped so much with remembering and feeling generally better.

I ordered through the company and was opening the capsules and putting the contents directly in my mouth. The ones I received from Bolo were hard as rocks and I could barely get it out of the capsule.

I thought I would try this out after hearing about it on Zestology & Dave Aspery podcasts and it works! I feel clear and calm during the day with a gentle feeling of content. I'm now onto my second bottle of these little capsules of sunshine and definitely happy to add it to my wellness stack of P3-OM, MassZymes, Magnesium Breakthrough all from the same producers. Definitely recommend 😊
Great Product - and it works!!
Purchased the first pot two months ago, and must say it really does exactly what it's supposed to, My gut is in better shape and my mind is certainly sharper and calmer, just what is needed in this current climate.
