I tried taking 2 but felt too jittery. One capsule is perfect for me. It gives me steady energy with caffeine and capsaicin for about 5 hours. That's usually all I need to accomplish my daily tasks and not keep me awake at night. If you do take 2 capsules, I recommend that you drink decaf beverages so you don't get too much caffeine. I didn't experience a lack of appetite but I didn't eat a lot because I was busy. I take this about once a week.

It literally works so well I have to split my servings in half . Start w just one pill!! And make sure you really in for a workout or long day because these will have you hot in the inside like ur wearing a thin sweat suit and you will sweat more than normal !! Also don’t expect these to help u lose weight if ur not working or have a diet in place! PILLS are not SUBSTITUTE FOR DIET/EXERCISE they’re just enhancers to help you get to that discipline. I honestly stopped using them as often as I used to because I pole dance and these have managed to get me to where I want and don’t need them as much bc they already ingrained in me habits and muscle memory!!

I took the two pills (one dose) with a piece of toast and within 15 minutes began my workout. During the 45 minute workout I did sweat more than normal. After about 1.5 hours of taking it, the jitters hit me hard. I'm the one that as soon as I consume an energy drink, the jitters hit me within 10-15 minutes while the two tablets took 1.5 hours. About 2 hours after taking, i had to take a number two. After eating a snack, I had to go again. I will reduce the dosage to one tablet to see how I feel. I do not like the jittery feeling. I'm writing this review 4 hours after taking and I'm still jittery and stomach on edge. It appear this works by making you so jittery you do not want to eat. If you do eat something, you will soon poop it out. I also notice this did raise my blood pressure by about 8. After the half dosage, I will update this review.

I have low blood pressure, all the time. As a result I have a slow metabolism and I’m tired almost all day. It’s hard to maintain my weight. I’ve been using this for 6 months, I’m amazed at how well it works. I take one pill in the morning and I’m good all day, the energy is amazing. And you know all of the places that are difficult to tone when you’re in your 40’s? This will get that done faster than if you were still in your early 20’s. Can’t recommend this product enough, it’s amazing.

The side effects of this absolutely do the opposite of what you are looking for. These made me more tired and more hungry not including how sick they made me. I even altered the doses to one pill - 2x a day . This absolutely helped with side effects of nausea but I still was tired and hungry. In addition coming off of these, I was heavily lethargic for over a day. It feels good to be off of these. I was hoping this would help me amp up my workout and results but because I was so tired while taking these including getting headaches, I worked out less. This is the first time I take a diet supplement in 12 years, and I think I am going to stay clear.
