For my second baby, I was able to work with a great lactation consultant who sized my nipples and I discovered I was even smaller than I thought at 17 and 15 mm. This product was great to add to a manual lansinoh breast pump that I had. I didn't even bother with the flanges it came with since they were way too big. I use my manual pump during car rides amd it works well with this flange. I am able to fully empty my breasts and get a great output of sometimes 6 Oz or more for both breasts. It's helped me feed my baby for the past 3 months and have a freeze stash. Thankful for this company to make this product since lansinoh doesn't offer their own smaller flanges in this size.

very happy with my purchase! pumping is now much more comfortable. i’m glad i got the 17mm flanges! seems that i got more milk than the 24mm flanges i was using before with my lansinoh pump. fairly quick shipping as well

19mm is not a standard size, so these were great when I needed something smaller than the flanges that came standard with my pumps. I found these fit perfectly in my madela pump.

After thinking pumping "wasn't that bad" for a couple months, I finally actually measured myself and bought these. What a difference! I've been using them for months now and can barely feel when I'm pumping. If you're pumping or planning to, measure yourself and get the right flange size immediately! These also come with extra duck valves, which is an added bonus.
