I use a lot of Sesame Seeds in my recipes, and breads. I love the taste of these, because they are fresh, and not rancid or bitter. I stored mine in Mylar bags with oxygen absorbers to keep them fresh.

We keep getting pieces of sand when we eat this product. I found a small piece stuck in my teeth and it a light colored beach sand that is the same color as the seeds. This is annoying and it the piece is big enough it could chip a tooth.
