It is baked in our special ovens giving it a toasty, caramelized crust. We bake it, you warm it. It’s Juustolicious! It is to be enjoyed heated and can be grilled, baked in an oven, cooked in a skillet on the stove or placed in the microwave!

OK I had never heard of bread cheese so curiosity pushed me to try it and I gotta say its pretty darn good! It says its good with jam so I tried it and yep it sure is...then I went way out on a limb and fried some in Bacon grease! And yep..it was good! It absorbed the bacon flavor...Of course I ate some plain too and to describe it to you who like me had never had it before...it kinda reminds me of mozzerella in consistancy...it says its squeeky and indeed it is...I more describe it as waxy but with a kind of buttery taste and not salty at all...im still experimenting with it. But I know I must get more! this would go great on a charcuteri platter.

This cheese is very tasty and fun to serve. My guests loved it! We put them on the grill for 5-10 minutes and had gooey, melted delicious cheese. So versatile but delicious as-is. Keto friendly!

Awesome cheese. Typically I heat it up in a skillet or griddle, however, I had a large group to feed, so heated them in the microwave. They were just a good in the microwave as they are heated on a stove! Served with Ritz crackers and all disappeared in a heart beat. Perfect appetizer or late night snack!

I’ve been searching for this product for a long time, just never knew what it was called. Years ago, after leaving a bar in Germany late one night, I stopped at this food stall and somehow ordered this cheese sandwich. The cheese was squeaky and served like a hamburger on a bun but instead of meat it was cheese. It was served with mayo. I know it sounds disgusting but after a few beers, it was awesome! I never remembered what it was called and couldn’t find the food stall again. Now this comes along and I think, that’s close. Gave it a shot and though it has been quite a few years, this is close enough. Delicious either heated up and eaten plain or the way I described above. I’m going to be a regular customer now.

OK I had never heard of bread cheese so curiosity pushed me to try it and I gotta say its pretty darn good!
