Seems to be an excellent product. The taste is exceptional for a sugar-free, low carb item (even though I ordered semi-sweet chocolate chips and received milk chocolate). Expiration is months away and I am grateful they were packaged for shipping in an insulated pouch with two cold packs. I have had "issues" with the selected delivery service in the past but perhaps those issues have been addressed as my package was placed on my front porch rather than doing a attempted balancing act on my mailbox at the foot of my driveway.

These chocolate chips come the closest to tasting like the real sugar filled chips, like Toll House. I’ve tried several that have an aftertaste or will dissolve in the baking process. These melt well for a dip, drizzle or glaze. They hold their shape in cookies and breads. The sugar-free chocolate chips tend to be expensive so look for sales. It’s worth the price if you want a quality taste but have a health consideration.

We’re in the middle of a heatwave here in NYC and were so pleasantly surprised when these chocolate chips arrived boxed and in an insulated bag, plus two ice packs! It’s so nice to see a company actually care about their product and their customers! The chocolate chips are delicious and don’t have that extreme fake taste that so many sugar free things do. 10/10 recommend!

Received item as delivered but melted even though it was packed with a blue cooler . It tastes good . I may order again in the winter months .

Excellent packaging so they don’t melt in the mail. They bake exactly like regular chocolate chips. My family can’t tell the difference—I used them in muffins, no premature charring or burning. Excellent taste and I like them plain but prefer them in baked goods. The texture is closer to regular chips when cooked than stand-alone but either way it’s a huge keto win! Highly recommend. I use chips sparingly so the price doesn’t bother me but if you use large quantities regularly, it may be a bit pricey.

Not what I thought it would taste like. Many youtube keto cooking channels rave over choc zero products. I've tried their coffer syrups, maple syrup and not the chocolate chips and I'm not impressed at all. There's an odd after taste to the chips. I'm going to use these but will not be buying them again. I prefer "Bake Believe" which is a brand you can get at WalMart (not my favorite shopping place). The flavor varieties are great, they taste far better and they're a great value. I wouldn't recommend choc zero products to anyone.

They arrived liquid, completely melted. I put them in the pantry. When I want to use them I put the solid hunk on a cutting board & use a serrated steak knife. 😔 This does not give a pretty visual like actual chips do.
