I love all the DHC products, but this is my favorite nighttime moisturizer. I’m 54 years old and have combination skin. This hydrates my skin very nicely, and doesn’t leave it feeling greasy or heavy and doesn’t clog my pores. Love it!

It's hard to find a collagen cream like this. They used the right kind of collagen molecules, the small kind that can actually penetrate the skin. And it moisturizes well, too. It does the job.

The texture of the serum confused me upon first use. Most serums are thicker-this is not. The cream is more of a gel cream, not rich and thick like others you might be used to. PLEASE do not that let that deter you from using these truly AMAZING products. They are neither heavy nor greasy on your face, even though they have olive oil as a main ingredient, there is healthy looking glisten left behind. The moisturizing is deep w/ these products-it does not just sit on top of the skin. I know this because in the 7 days since it was put on my face-my 60 year old skin looks like it never, ever has before. These products are TRANSFORMATIONAL, indeed. They interact well w/ AHA, BHA and retinol products. After decades of looking for the holy grail for firm, healthy, beautiful looking skin, it seems I have found them.

Normally it takes a few months before you can tell if a moisturizer is working. So far, I'm not particularly impressed with this product. Moisture-wise it's kind of 'thin'. After I spread it on, I don't feel that my face is thoroughly moist. I have been putting my squalane oil on over this. I had just finished a jar of DHC's Astaxanthin jell. I will probably go back to that after I finish this jar of 'supposedly' collagen cream.
