I found this kit to be easy to use and effective for ear wax removal. I was surprised by all the pieces of equipment it contained and the reasonable price. I would caution that anyone with a damaged eardrum, tubes in their ears, infection or other ear problems should check with their doctor before using it. I also would be cautious about using the metal instrument in this kit as they could cause some serious damage in unskilled hands. There are several methods for ear irrigation, but the one that I use is to obtain a bottle of generic ear wax removal oil, warm the bottle of oil by placing it in a dish of warm water for a few minutes (cold ear drops can sometimes cause nausea and dizziness). I put approximately 3 drops of the warmed oil into the ear and place a piece of cotton into the ear canal so the oil doesn’t run out, then I repeat the procedure for the other ear. I wait at least an hour (or longer if there is severe wax build up) so the warmed oil has a chance to soften the ear wax somewhat. Then I remove the cotton balls, pull the earlobe to straighten the ear canal somewhat and use a pen light or flash light to look into the ear canal to see where and how much blockage there is so I’ll know if the irrigation later is actually breaking up the ear wax. I fill the irrigation spray bottle with warm (not hot) tap water and use the flexible tube with tip and round splash guard. Use of the flexible tube tip requires two hands, one to hold and spray the bottle and one to hold the tip in the ear canal, but a person doing the irrigation on themself might find the solid rod type tip easier to use since you don’t need to hold the tip in the ear canal with a separate hand. I have my subject hold the cup under the ear, place a towel over the shoulder to catch any drips, and pump the spray bottle multiple times. It is important not to totally block the ear canal with the spray nozzle as the used water and wax needs to have a path to flow out of the ear canal as fresh water enters. It usually takes a number of pumps, but usually there will be small pieces of ear wax flowing into the cup. It probably will not be the main ear wax plug, however. I take a pen light or flash light and look in the ear and can usually tell if I am making progress. Then I just continue irrigating the ear canal and checking it periodically until it appears clean and unblocked which can take quite a bit of irrigating. Sometimes a large part of the ear wax plug remains intact and just moves closer to the entrance of the ear canal and can be easily seen. The fluid stream from the spray bottle isn’t always strong enough to wash it out. That’s when I find one of the metal instruments like the ear spoon may be helpful to carefully remove the plug if it’s lodged near the entry to the ear canal. If you have gone through the whole cleaning procedure and feel you haven’t been successful, it may be helpful to repeat the the ear wax oil instillation/cotton balls part and leave it in overnight, then try the irrigation again the next day. If that still doesn’t work, it is likely time to see a medical professional for some help. This is just the method I have found useful, but there are other methods using different irrigation solutions and different techniques. Bottom line, I would recommend this kit. It is easy to use, I found it effective in removing significant ear wax blockages, and I thought it was well priced.

This is an amazing product. I have always struggled with my sons ears (7yrs old). Oil drops and other home remedies. This is the first product to give us amazing results and clear all the wax. He said it himself “Mom, this is a five star product!!”.

Amazing product. My husband's ears were very obstructed by wax buildup and we had considered going to the ER to get both ears treated- but didn't need to. I put ear drops in his ears for a few days and then used this wonderful irrigation system to wash all the debris away. It worked first time and we're going to be doing it regularly now to keep his hearing in tact and mine! I love this product - it's easy to use, and it works!

Hello folks!I am writing a very honest review of this earwax removal product. I have had trouble with earwax several times over the years and have had to go to either an ENT Doc or Audiologist to get things right. The ENT used tools to make a ball out of the wax and remove it with tweezers or something similar. The Audiologist used some drops and a spray bottle to rinse out the wax after several spays per ear. My ears were so bad this time that I considered a walk-in clinic because I need to hear people take for my work and I was getting a little dizzy. I decided to order this product on Bolo because it was similar to the one the Audiologist used and it was a same-day purchase. Which happens to be today...the time of this review. I opened the kit about 30 minutes ago and began to experiment. I must say that I didn't read the first direction. I immediately went for the little tool with a spring at the end and gently inserted it to my worst ear using a twisting motion. When I pulled it out of my ear I saw a ton of wax tied up in the spring. I repeated this process several times with solid results. I used a paper towel to clean the end each time. I then added some peroxide to may ear straight from the bottle and tilted my head until I could feel it reach my ear drum. I felt a little bubbling and let it sit there for about 5 minutes. I then added work to hot water to the sprayer after adding the hose for the bottle and the hose for the spray time and began to pump the sprayer ad a good rate. I do have to tell you that the tip is angled for good reason. The reason is the ear canal is not a straight line and that you should hear the water hit your ear drum if you are doing it correctly. My my wife held the little cup under my ear and was taken back from the color of the water and the chunks of wax that ended up in the little cup. I wanted to give the play by play because it worked for me the same day. I will do this every once in a while going forward so it never gets that bad again. Theis product offered same day and little tools like the springed one. That is what sold me. I am 100% percent satisfied with this purchase!!

Also ich finde das Teil super. Meine Tochter 5 hatte auf beiden Seiten einen richtigen Ohrenschmalzpfropfen gehabt. Haben von der Ärztin Öl bekommen damit es sich auflösen kann aber das tat es nicht. Habe daraufhin das bestellt und was soll ich sagen super Zubehör dabei und wir konnten bei beiden Ohren diese Pfropfen sofort entfernen. Klare Kaufempfehlung

So I’ve had a blocked ear for about a week, it started with some discomfort and then boom, couldn’t hear anything from it which took my anxiety through the roof, especially at night. It’s actually a recurring issue I have with a blocked ear. I burst my eardrum years ago and this ear just gets prone to build up.I was using some ear drops with olive oil a couple of days before using this little handy kit. My husband was dubious it wouldn’t work because of how long I’ve been wrestling with a blocked ear and he was convinced I needed to see a professional.I followed the instructions and only used warm water in the bottle which works just fine without the white vinegar. It’s easier when someone is doing the flushing of the ear for you and that’s where my husband proved useful! It took about 10 minutes and about halfway through a second bottle of lukewarm water that I realised I could hear again! My husband was providing running commentary throughout the process and I was worried when I emptied the first little tub of water because it was pretty clean. It was on the second bottle of water that my husband indicated that what was exiting my ear wasn’t pleasant!This is such a handy kit and really easy to use. It’s effective at cleaning your ears and getting rid of the buildup. I highly recommend this kit, you won’t be disappointed. It’s basic but does the intended job! I’m very pleased I gave this a go before agreeing with the husband about seeing a professional!

鼓膜の近くに耳垢が壁のように形成されてしまい耳の聞こえが悪くなって困っていました。耳かきでは届かない場所に耳垢ができていましたが本商品のおかげで耳垢を除去することができました。耳垢がなくなったおかげで以前のように音が聞こえるようになりました。ありがとうございました。
