I purchased this to add to my chai teas and smoothies . I saw where another reviewer said the label says not for consumption but the company must have changed that. Iโve attached a photo of the label , it reads to add to drinks and food , but unfortunately it doesnโt give a recommended oral dosage . It took some trial, error and research to find what amount worked good for me (meaning, too much and I get instant bloating and tummy upset). But Iโm glad I found what works because this tastes so amazing! Definitely boosts the flavor profile in some of my drinks. And I love the health benefits too. You get a lot in the bag too. I think itโs worth trying!

This powder smells wonderful and is the perfect consistency for my home made soaps. I just add it to my melt and pour soap bases and voila, it smells and feels wonderful to my whole family.
