Place in 200ml of boiling water and brew for 4-5 minutes

Flavorful and Healthy
Like it!!! A healthy tea choice!
Great way to start the day.
I started using these when I was struggling with persistent UTI's. Although this is not a replacement for probiotics or antibiotics when you need them, I did see a huge improvement in my bladder health when I combined a daily tea with my probiotic routine.

Better urinary tract health
I'm not noticing a huge difference in urine elimination, but it does seem to be better. I have always had a bit of bacteria in urine when I have my annual dr. visit but his time it was even less. I will continue to drink this tea for this reason. The taste isn't bad at all, but I make mine with 10 oz. of water & sometimes put honey in it. My kidney function also increased after drinking this once a day for 3 weeks.
Flavor doesn't taste that great

Each time I've had a pretty bad UTI, just drinking this once a day (without removing tea bag, and in a tall two cup mug) surprisingly helps manage the symptoms. Don't expect it to taste great though (especially if you leave the tea bag in) it is an herbal tea. By this point I've gotten used to it and don't mind since it's the main thing keeping me sane during these times haha.

This is best tea if you need get your bladder in control or you feel like a UTI is coming on it’ll stop it guaranteed I been taking this 6 years now and stops mw from having take antibiotics I can feel the bacteria coming out feel refreshed after and I use get urinary tract infections all the time
