I’ve been using It’s Just! Inulin powder for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it. The powder is super fine and dissolves easily in water, smoothies, or even coffee — no clumping or weird texture. It has a slight natural sweetness (which I love) but doesn’t overpower anything you mix it with.What I appreciate most is that it’s made from chicory root and is both vegan and keto-friendly, which fits perfectly with my lifestyle. Since adding it to my routine, I’ve noticed better digestion and less bloating. It also helps keep things regular without any harsh effects — just gentle support for gut health.It’s a great value for the price, and I love that there are no added ingredients — just pure inulin. I love this product! I was looking for a natural product to add fiber to my diet and this is perfect! I use less to get even better benefits than the typical fiber addives. It has no taste that I can detect, and dissolves quickly.

Dissolves easily in my coffee. Seems to help with regularity. I have a sensitive stomach and haven’t noticed any obvious gastro side effects. I use one teaspoon in one cup of coffee per day. Doesn’t change the taste of my coffee.

Product is fine-- always has been been ordering for several years now. May have to go with another brand next time as this order (as was another from "Its Just"), was leaking fine Inulin powder all over the place when I removed the package from its packaging. Packaging appeared to be undamaged/intact. SO it was obviously the Inulin package --the powder was coming out from top of the "Its Just" package where it should be sealed.

Feeds the probiotics in the yogurt maker & recently, husband has stirred some into a glass of water, each day, to feed the good bacteria in the gut. So, our yogurt is happy & it's fiber too.

This brand of inulin is easier to handle than some others, as it is readily soluble in warm water. I find a teaspoon in water before bed helps me sleep.
BEWARE
Beware of the price. This is NOT the price per Kilogram. A couple of months age for the same price, the same product, the same packaging, this supplier charged $70 per Kg, now $80 for 312 grams. This is a fraud. I know; I've been caught
