It was easy to set up and fly -- the promise of the product stabilization was very accurate. This is a drone that requires FAA licensing and registration but is perfect for commercial work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this drone for someone starting out in the commercial drone market!

This is my first real drone, and I'm having lots of fun with it. Takes awesome looking video, easy to set up, and fun to play with. Has taken me a while to figure out all the features, and still haven't gotten all of them set up, but has been great so far.Batteries seem to last as advertised (around 20+ minutes). Take about 5 hours to charge.Have not had any instances of the drone going rogue or losing connection for any significant time.Also seems pretty rugged. Overall, especially for beginner types like me, it's a great drone!

Drones integral wifi network isn’t compatible with a standard modern iphone. Customer service suggested “using a different phone” ? Like what i dont have a bunch of extra phones laying around.

700E will not hold a GPS lock..I did everything they instructed me to do..Tryed at 3 locations.12 to19 Satellites. Updates all drone calibrations..Every time in the air had to fight to get it down smoothly..I will not try any longer, I do not want a fly away or crash..

Good beginner drone. Works well for inspecting gutters for my business.Wish it had further range and longer battery life. I can go maybe 2 blocks before it looses signal. If it is behind my house ( 2 story) it'll also loose signal.

I purchased this drone based on online reviews for not only the product but the company's outstanding customer support. After flying it few times I began having connectivity issues. I jumped on the built-in support chat in the app and visited with the tech about the issues I was having. After several minutes the tech determined that there was an issue with my drone and asked me to send it in to them, email them tracking information, and they would send a replacement. I put the drone in the mail and emailed the requested information and a few hours later I received a response that they would be shipping out my replacement drone that week. Let me add, this all happened on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. Products fail, that's just going to happen on occasion, but the mark of a good vendor is how they respond to those problems, and Holy Stone really does set the bar.

I WAITED 7 DAYS WHEN IT WAS ONLY SUPOSSED TO TAKE 3. WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVED THERE IS ONLY 1 BATTERY, NO FOAM INSERT TO KEEP THIS PRODUCT SAFE, AND THE WRONG CONTROLLER.
