Great for road trips when you get bored, fun to take care of but it is small. a little noisy and there's about one to two games on there with your mission mainly being to take care of the little guy. Very nostalgic. Game variety is small and the build is strong for a little toy in case your kid drops it.

The Flower Gingham design is SO adorable on this tamagotchi. The “software” is just like the original version from 1997 — same buttons, screen, functions, and beeps.The tiny manual is surprisingly clear and complete. It thankfully includes directions for muting your tama, which I think most people miss, as it’s toward the end of the booklet.- TO MUTE/UNMUTE, hold the A button and press C.- TO RESET THE CLOCK, press B for the clock to appear, and then hold A and press C. The clock will go into SET mode.I got my tama from Bolo warehouse deals. It was dead on arrival and had obvious pen marks on the reset button, and I was afraid it was broken — but fortunately it just needed a new battery, which I replaced. Then I pressed the B button, and the infamous pulsating egg appeared! I was in business! YES! MY FIRST TAMA!The babies need lots of frequent attention, feeding, and games, with occasional toilet flushing and medicine. The baby stage lasted for about two hours for me, and then it transformed into a toddler. As they grow older, they require less attention.They automatically go to sleep between 8:00-11:00 pm and wake up between 7:00-11:00 am, depending on age. If this is a problem for your work/school/sleeping schedule, just reset the clock on the tamagotchi so it better corresponds with your preferred hours. (I did so, and it works great.)Definitely recommend for anyone who wanted an OG tamagotchi but never had one, or if you lost yours and want to relive the late ‘90s!

I love my Tamagotchi so much!! I've been using this tama for about a week now and it's so good!! I am far from disappointed with this product and will definitely buy it again. It does require quite a bit of attention but it can be paused by going to change the time and leaving it there.
Expensive, but good
This was something my daughter wanted for a long time and saved up to help purchase ($60+), but it worked great and she loved playing with it!

Funktioniert super, wie damals. Leider habe ich es noch nicht länger als 7 Tage am Leben erhalten. Es stirbt nach 7 Tagen, obwohl es kurz vorher noch in allen 3 Kategorien vollstens zufrieden ist. Irgendwie eigenartig.
