I, like many others, have a hard time shutting down my brain at night when it's time to go to sleep. Often times my thoughts just run and run then before I know it, it's past midnight! I used to take Melatonin which worked well for awhile but then it seemed to stop working. A friend of mine suggested I try Ashwagandha. I read up on the benefits and decided to try it. Well I've been taking it every night for about a year now and it works great! Unlike some sleep aids, this doesn't make you zonk out and/or have crazy dreams, nor does it give you a sleep aid hangover. What it does is relax you to where you feel sleep just enough to fall asleep. Even when I've made the mistake of not getting 7-8 hours of sleep, I still wake up decent and not exhausted or groggy. I highly recommend you give this a shot!

This is really helpful in settling your mind to sleep, and getting you a great nights rest. I usually get a between 6-8hours of sleep while using this. I was having some difficulty sleeping because my mind was overactive with too many things. I take this around 7pm, and usually sleeping by 930/10. It does take some time to kick in. In wont take during that day.

I recently tried the Nature Made Ashwagandha Capsules, hoping for stress relief benefits. While there are some positives, my experience was mixed.The 125mg dosage per capsule is convenient, and the 60-day supply is a good value for the price. I appreciate that the capsules are easy to swallow and didnât cause any stomach upset.However, I didnât notice a significant difference in my stress levels after using this product for a few weeks. It might work better for others, but for me, the results were subtle at best. Additionally, I wish the product included more information about the sourcing and quality of the ashwagandha used.Overall, this supplement is decent, but it didnât deliver the noticeable stress support I was hoping for. Itâs worth trying if youâre curious, but manage your expectations. Three stars!

I could tell the difference within two-three weeks. I have a high stress job and would often get in my own way by holding my stress physically (migraines, trouble sleeping, body aches, etc) and because of the mental stress, I would physically overwhelm very quickly as well.After 2-3 weeks I noticed that I wasnât holding so much stress in my body and my body felt at rest or at least not on high alert despite the consistent work stress. I also noticed I could fall asleep easier at night and it didnât take me over an hour to wind down. I even stopped taking melatonin after noticing I could stay asleep.It has no taste at all, itâs about as big as a Tylenol tablet and goes down easily if you donât have trouble swallowing pills.Iâll keep using it so long as the benefits continue to be positive â highly recommend!
