It's a good replacement for regular simple syrup in mojitos although I was expecting a stronger mint flavor coming from the mint syrup. Makes good mojitos; not the best out there in my opinion but still good.

I purchased this product so I could quickly make mojitos without running out to grab mint each time. Unfortunately the taste is more veggie like and less minty. It was not popular in our house. I ended up throwing it away.
