My son (Almost 6) has always been a night owl. I’ve tried many different children’s melatonin from Bolo/in stores and could never find one that worked well for us. I knew school would be starting soon and really needed to get his bedtime routine set so that he had enough sleep for a full day of kindergarten.These have worked great for us. They’re not coated in a bunch of sugar and my son says the flavor is good. I’ve tried it myself it is peachy, but not too sweet and there’s definitely a slight herbal taste to it but not strong. Texture is like a soft/springy gummy bear. After trying it myself it gave me a sense of calmness and basically lulls me to sleep. I think the slightly higher dosage of melatonin .5mg more than the usual 1mg and the herbal blend make a huge difference. Most of the children’s melatonin we’ve tried has always had 1mg or less and no herbs.The key is to keep a bedtime routine in combination with the melatonin. I give it to my son about 30 min to an hour before bedtime after a bath then it’s brush teeth, pajamas, lights down, and quiet time in bed. Always within 30 min to an hour and a half at most he’s sleeping. I plan to eventually have him off of the melatonin, but for now it works for us because I would rather him settle into a routine and be well rested vs. not have enough sleep and fight to be awake.I am grateful for these as it has been a great help with getting my son’s sleep routine in order before school started and in general.

What a relief to find a gummy that my son loves! They work really well too! My son has been sleeping much better through the night. He is Autistic so getting to sleep is sometimes hard for him. What I especially love about these tho is they have a safety cap and a seal! 👌🏼 I will not buy or use any medication without a safety cap, it is to much of a safety risk in our home! So I appreciate the manufactures that use them, you'd be surprised how many I've come across that don't! Also there have been 0 side effects and they do not get sticky from sitting in the cupboard! I hope they come out with many more flavors in the future! 🙌

Its a very good product. But my kids doesnt like the taste and gummy texture of it. My kids preferred more of the easy tabs from creekside and ozzzz.

My 4-year-old was having the hardest time falling asleep - some nights it would take her 2-3 hours; she just couldn’t calm her active mind (must have inherited it from me). We tried a few different 1 mg melatonins and they didn’t work at all. This blend and the slightly higher mg have changed the game. She takes it 30 minutes before bed, we read a book and she quiets down and is asleep within 20 minutes. It also is helping with a consistent wake-up time. We will continue to buy this!!

There are occasions when my son may need a little help to fall asleep at night. I use the adult brand of these Gummies and the kids brand is just as great and the flavors are quite tasty.
