This product truly works! I exclusively pump and am always getting trapped milk, clogged ducts, and once mastitis. After pumping I never felt like it was emptying my breasts, so I figured I was having some kind of issue with milk flow or let downs. I saw that this product advertised as helping with such so I got the 10 day supply. Iβm about to finish the 10 day supply, and I can truly say this product does what it promises. My milk has been freely flowing! I feel that my breasts are truly emptying after pumping and I havenβt had any trapped milk or clogged ducts since the second day of taking these pills. I noticed an increase in my supply, but only because Iβm truly emptying my breasts now. My output now is what it is when I donβt have trapped milk or clogged ducts, but I normally almost always have those issues. This product works by giving me multiple let downs. If you have let down issues, you need this supplement. I just bought the 30 day supply and will continue to buy through my pumping journey. Now that my milk is flowing properly, Iβm going to try their other supplements that help with increasing milk supply. Iβm very happy I found this product!

Original Review: This supplement was great for milk production but my 5 week old experienced severe gas, spit ups after every feed, and explosive diarrhea.Iβm exclusively BF but wanted an extra boost to pump for back up supply. Unfortunately, this is not an option for me. Everyoneβs body is different and to be fair it did up my milk supply.UPDATE: I added a star βοΈ because this has truly been a lifesaver for my bf journey. Fast forward, my baby is now 8 months & we are thriving. At about 4 months my period came back even though I was exclusively bf and my production took a hit. I was desperate and gave this product another shot. Boy am I glad I did! Thereβs so many Mothers Milk teas a girl can take. This time around baby and I did not experience gas or any bothersome symptoms. Itβs helped maintain my production with a combination of mag/ calcium. I also take alfalfa supplements. Iβm sharing because I know how hard it is to deal with this situation and like me many initially reacted negatively but once your milk is mature and baby is a bit older, at least for me, it was a game changer. Best of luck mamaβs. Donβt give up!

I bought this as a sort of βletβs see what happens.β I was a skeptic but turns out it works! My baby was very gassy at night and it would take him a while to work out poops. I started with just 2 capsules a day, and Iβve noticed that he is less gassy at night, milk flow is better, number of letdowns have increased, and milk production has evened out during the day. Iβm leaving 4 stars because it does nothing for my GI system - breastfeeding makes me gassy and that hasnβt changed. Granted, Iβm only taking 2 per day instead of 6, but since it works for my baby I donβt want to increase it just for my benefit and potentially mess things up for him.

Short story: I LOVE this product!Pros:-faster letdown-more productionβdecreases GAS problems!β-bigger breasts-no taste-starts effect next dayCons:-.....-.....- I don't think there are any?-maybe the size? If you have problems swallowing big capsules.-maybe the fact it's only a 10 day supply.-and I guess a con would be you have to take it 3 times a day.Long story:I have never been a big producer and my letdown was super slow. I took fenugreek, ate a lactation no bake mix with brewers yeast and drank body armour at least twice a day and still felt like I was just getting by. I tried to build a stash for when I went back to work but I always felt like I was really taking from my baby so half the time I would just feed it back to her because I didn't replenish what I just took out in time for my baby to nurse. In 2 months I was able to save 20 oz. Rivy was also very gassey and therefore a bit whiny and I eventually found out fenugreek causes gas. So I stopped taking that and decided to invest in LegenDairy, even thought it seemed a bit much for only 10 days. But I felt awful when I realized I was causing my baby to be uncomfortable and gassey. So! When I saw this one helps with milk AND gas, I said SOLD, it's worth a shot. I just finished the bottle and I can 100% say my baby has definitely stopped fussing from gas! Sure she had some discomfort every now and then but it used to be everyday, at least half of the day. AND I am producing more, about 3 or 4 oz when I was producing 0.5-2oz. AND my letdown occurs within just a couple minutes when before it was taking like 10 minutes, it was awful. AND haha my boobs are bigger, so me being a B, it's a plus for me haha.Anyways, I have Cash Cow next and Liquid Gold after that. I'm hoping for similar results πVery pleased! Highly recommend! Worth the money!

I was really hoping this would help but I experienced horrible gas pain after one dose and in result of that my daughter is in pain too

For me personally it did not help increase my supply at all. It tasted horrible and the after burps were bad. It also gave me and my baby RAGING gas. I know It works for some and thatβs awesome! So for me- it was a nope.
