4/5 not 5/5 because the size/shape of the capsule is difficult for me to swallow. When I take with water it often gets stuck in my throat 😕I find best to take with smoothie or yogurt to push it down. But I love the benefits

IT IS THE BEST SUPPLEMENT I HAVE BOUGHT, IT IS SOFT TO SWALLOW, IT DOESN'T LEAVE A BAD TASTE IN THE MOUTH, MY MOTHER IS TAKING IT AND I AM GOING TO ORDER THE NEXT ONE. I WON'T WAIT FOR IT TO RUN OUT SINCE THESE VITAMINS ARE THE BEST FOR HER METABOLISM AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT THAT SHE NEEDS EVERY DAY.

At 15% ginsenosides, I could take one with morning coffee or tea, even with fibro fog, but I know the effect ginseng has on my hormonal system, and in today's battle with common chemicals we need all the help we can get.With all the fake estrogens in flooring and cars, plastics and cans, even still-present BPA that even blocks testosterone, ginseng gives a positive response to estrogenic systems and protects androgen receptors from chemical and metabolic stress. Yes, even the stress hormone itself, cortisol.These are little footballs, a bit more rounded and more like rugby balls, but I included a picture because some people worry they might be hard to swallow. I'm in my seventies and they're easy for me, but some older people might not do so well with pills. I take two and, honestly, stay at the computer too long, but I get my household stuff done and the cooking is great.I need to point out that these aren't for kids or even teenagers, and don't take them if you're pregnant. Nancy Forger, one of the leading neuroscientists in the US, said "You are what your mother eats". When eating even the same line of food can affect how a baby is made, you can't "graze like a goat". But for adults, to me it's a necessity. No wonder the ancient Asians believed in its healthful properties so much, beyond the the easy stimulation, to call it an elixir.Having used ginseng off and on for almost 50 years, I would've given it four stars because it's not the super-expensive black tar yucky stuff, but at this effectiveness and this price, definitely a 5.
