It is perfect as I did a lot of research on money of these! After doing so I bought this one ! It is pure and everything I was looking for! I have been careful, as my body does not down well with meds! Side affects almost killed me! I am serious about this so as it stands right now, this lion's mane has changed my condition for the better! It is very safe if you follow the directions! Do a lot of research! I wish I had found this years ago! It can upset the stomach so take it with food, but research on this says, your body will become used to it and all will be well! I would suggest if you have a physician, talk this over with them, but only if they are open to this! Many are not, so I'm doing this carefully as these doctors have no answers! so I hope anyone thinking about using this try it! Especially when you have a disease that there is nothing that will help!

I’ve been taking this for 7 days . It made my mood improved so much . I take it in the morning for any anxiety or stress you might face during the day . Or you can take it 1-2 hours before bed time to help you sleep . I normally take it in the morning . Make sure you take it with food otherwise you get stomach discomfort .I think it works . I can tell I’m very calm and I don’t get mood swings .Enjoy .

In the early days, the professor from one of the hospital has prescript lifelong medication. Despite years of long term medication, there was no little or no improvement to her condition. According to the doctor, there was no reversing of this condition.Our family have decided to discontinue the medication 10 years ago. In recent years, the condition has worsen. We chance upon another Lions Mane brand and decided to give it a try with little success.We noticed that one of the benefits that one Lions Mane bottle provides 3 months supply for daily intake, which gives us the initial confidence to try this product. Another reason being it has a higher potency.There was no expectation from this product. However, after one month's intake of this supplement, we noticed a behaviour change from my mother, in a good way.My mother has the tendency to behave like a child. We noticed her behaviour is slightly different during one of our meals together. She was asking us questions that she would not normally ask.After mealtime, it is normal that she does not recall that she has taken her meals. There was no memory to indicate that she is full. Now, she is able to register that she has a full meal.She seems to be able to remember recent events happened a few days back. In the past, she only has the memory of events 20 years ago. It is very subtle but it's a big difference for family members interacting with her.Another frequent behaviour is asking the same question repeatedly. This can happen within the time frame of 5 mins, 15 mins, and hour. After taking this supplement, she would probably ask once and at most, twice in the next few hours.My family is amazed with this product. We are in about 2 months now and will continue with this brand of Lions Mane. We have purchased the 2nd bottle and also for our friend's parents.Thank you!

I'm never sure if I'm just placeboing myself with some of these supplements, but after taking this for a few months does seem to help with cognitive function. You won't notice a huge difference, but over time it seems to have an effect.
Nothing special
I have waited for quite some time before reviewing to let the substance have an effect, but u til now I don't necessarily feel any difference. Once i had a vivid dream which i remembered (and i usually do not remember my dreams) but this was on the third day out of the sudden. Probably not from the mushrooms. I also don't feel more focused. I take one in the morning and one at night, sometimes open the capsule and pour the powder into my morning smoothie

Can give you fog if taken daily. Try taking everyother day.
Placebo effect or the real thing?
My wife does find that Lion's mane makes her alert, but I'm not sure whether the science back this up. No matter, she believes in these capsules of mushroom extract and that may be enough to make her feel sharper. The product is expensive, though.
