Don’t really know if I can tell much of a difference, but I’ve been taking it at least twice a day and I do have somewhat more energy throughout instead of being tired by 5 PM

I use this for my son who has Autism. I don't give him the full dropper but,maybe almost half a dropper. It seems like it helps his mood and I can tell alittle difference in his communication.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been eyeing natural remedies for energy, brain function and anxiety when I found Mary Ruth’s collection of herbal tinctures. I was already familiar with a few of the ingredients listed before purchasing. I’ll be testing this one for the next couple of months to see how it affects me.The taste was nothing strong or delicious but it goes down very easy. I can have it by itself. The bottle was shipped with no cracks or damage. Shipping was updated and on time.

Updated review 7/16/23: I spoke with Bolo Customer Service about the item and they refused to refund my money. They told me to speak with the seller about the issue. I'm a Prime member so of course, I was upset. I reached out to the company via Bolo's email messaging system and the company gave me excellent assistance! I am changing my star rating from 1 to 5 because of the care I received from this company, BUT I am going to leave my original review because the information in it is still relevant.Original review 7/14/23: I am not using this item anymore. Not only did it not help with my energy level, it causes me to pee more frequently. I am a student and I do not have time to take bathroom breaks every hour. It also makes me get up at night at least once to go to the bathroom. Again, I am a student, so sleep is highly important. Because of the lack of sleep due to the midnight bathroom trips I am even more tired than I was WITHOUT this product. I thought someone may want to know about this side-effect before purchasing. I wish the company had put this information in their description or someone would have written a review about it. I would not have bought it.
