I'm really happy with this Organic MCT Oil! It comes in a glass bottle, which is a huge plus for me since I prefer to avoid plastic – it's better for your health and doesn’t leach toxins into the liquid. The taste is great, neutral, and easy to add to smoothies or coffee, though I personally prefer to take it straight from the spoon. It does exactly what I expected, providing a clean source of energy. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely keep using it!

I find this MCT oil to be the best one so far. It is smooth. easy taste and great for your body. You can add it to coffee or salads if you so desire.
