I have been purchasing these vitamins since I was 18 and just turned 50! I love them. They give me energy and I notice when I don't take them I feel much more tired.

I'm not sure you can find a better multivitamin out there. I love that in addition to all the typical vitamins and minerals there is a Super Antioxidant Blend, Beauty Blend, Fruit and Veggie Blend, and Brain Health Blend. I've not seen another multivitamin that has such high vitamin Bs as well as turmeric, GABA, chromium, biotin, iron, zinc, and green tea leaf extract! Wow!

I’m a repeat buyer. My doctor suggested taking these vitamins because I expressed unusual low energy. Not sure that they help with energy, but I do like them and they don’t make me feel sick to my stomach.

After substantial research, this vitamin had almost everything I was looking for based on my doctor’s recommendation. However, when the item arrived it was past the “best by” date by 2 months. This item is considered a non-returnable item. After chatting with customer service for Bolo (item is sold by GNC on Bolo), I was issued a refund.

Beware… using for 2 months sent me to the hospital for a 3 day stay. Some of the levels are very high, and as they are metals and fat soluble- they don’t leave the body easily. Obviously not everyone is impacted but my liver enzymes were 300% higher than they should have been. It can happen with any vitamins that provide high daily %
