The flavour and freshness are very good. It is so easy to prep and make a delicious taboulé salad. High in protein and nutritious. Loyal customer.

I like to add cracked wheat to soups and bread dough. This product is tasty and doesn't smell musty, as a few other similar products have. Good for you, too!

This is a decent bulgur wheat. It taste pretty good. You get your money's worth. I have no real complaints. I started eating bulgur wheat about10 years ago, they sold it in 1lb bags at 2 stores in my area. Then both stores stopped carrying it. Back then I learned there were different types & when I saw this was the "instant" type, just add boiling water , cover & wait, I was elated! It is an instant type, but not the size or texture that I used to get. But it's good and gets the job done, so I'm happy.

If you have never used bulgur wheat it tastes similar to brown rice and cooks similarly, but holy cow does it add bulk and fiber to your diet! Your poops will thank you.I love this stuff and it’s so versatile, you can add any liquid to it and it will soak it up and fluff up nicely.The package arrived sealed and fresh. I was very happy and will be ordering again when I am finished with this package.
