But I was. My gardens had become a mess and I had a lot of work to do. I’m a small woman and needed a work tool I could handle. Worx seemed to fit the bill. My order came within days. The Worx was easy to put together,10 minutes tops. I also ordered a spare battery with more run time. Taking the Worx outside for a trial run, I weed whacked, mowed, and edged 3 of my 6 gardens. I especially appreciated the adjustable handle for obtaining the length I was most comfortable with, and the tool itself was light and easy to handle. The bigger spare battery I ordered did add a little more weight which did not affect my ability to comfortably do what I needed to do. I was amazed at how well the Worx handled all the tasks I put it through the first day. I even cleared out a patch of out of control tall grass growing on an incline. This is a purchase I’m very glad I made, well worth every penny!!

I love that this is lightweight and battery operated. It's powerful enough for my needs and the battery lasts long enough for the size of my yard. It's well made and easy to operate. It works well in all 3 functions. We've done some much neglected edging along a patio and the sidewalk, used the mowing function for a corner of the yard that is pretty narrow and hard to get with our worx mower, and used it to trim weeds along our fence line and around trees. We've not had to line feed, yet. There is a holder attached to the handle for an additional spool of line that I can see being handy. It's very easy to adjust the tilt, handle length, and handle angle. My son and myself can easily adjust it for ourselves. Very happy with the purchase.

This trimmer does a decent job. I was led to believe that the trimmer was compatible with my Dewalt 20 volt batteries, one of the reasons for buying it. There not compatible for those who want to know. I was given the options of returning it or a credit of $22. Needed the trimmer right away, so I just took the credit. With only one battery I get around 15 minutes run time. I'm 70 years old and retired so I've got the time for both the battery and myself to recharge. It's not going to be as powerful as a gas trimmer but I don't have to deal with gas and getting the thing started. So if you have time for the battery to recharge it will do the job adequately, patience is a virtue with this, or just buy another battery to back up . This is a 2amp battery and you can get a 4amp battery for $100 or just get another trimmer for the same price.This is an add on. I was able to find 2 20v 6Ah batteries on Bolo for $64 . These batteries are compatible with the trimmer and fit well and allows more run time and more power than the 2Ah that came with the trimmer..

I love it. It is light weight, and easy to assemble. You may have to charge the battery a little bit fresh out of the box but aside from that it works flawless.

I wanted this particular item because it's on the smaller side (12" on the business end). It's fairly lightweight as a result, making it easy for me to use as someone with ...let's just call it sub-par upper body strength. 😬 It was easy to assemble out of the box. Battery charged in a reasonable time and powered the weed eater for my whole side yard. No problems with the string feed, which is what I was most worried about. I got this on sale and it was a great deal!

I love this thing, no hassle with the cutting string, no more gas or long heavy cord to carry behind me. Has plenty of power for the type of job I do with it. Worked great the first summer but the first time I used it second summer, nothing
Worked great when I bought it last summer. But when I go to run it this summer, battery is fully charged and would not work at all. I followed the instructions at the works website and pulled the shaft and all the way to the bottom and then extended it again, and still didn't work.
Needs to work as advertised!

The machine works well but the battery does not last long at all, would definitely need two batteries if you have a lot of cutting.
