This is a fantastic backpack. Took it on a 4 1/2 month trip. It made a great day pack when out and about, and I could really load it up for flying (about 25 pounds worth of gear). When not full loaded it is nice and slim, but when fully loaded it is still really comfortable.

This backpack fit the bill for a work trip. Perfect number of compartments, including securely holding a 14" laptop. I found the zippers to work easily and quickly when having to get in and out of the compartments frequently during travel. The backpack wore well and was very comfortable even when packed to the gills with a laptop, mouse and power cords for laptop & phones, notebooks, toiletries, snacks, vitamin organizers, a crossbody purse, and a Stanley bottle.

I am highly disappointed with this Swiss Gear backpack. While I understood it was supposed to be cream, the actual color of the backpack I received was incredibly unappealing and did not look right at all. Instead of a pleasant cream, it was a dull, cheap-looking shade that made the entire bag appear low quality and frankly, quite tacky.Beyond this significant color issue, I was also truly surprised by what seems like a decline in overall quality. I distinctly remember Swiss Gear products from my childhood being exceptionally well-made and durable. This backpack, however, felt like a significant step down in terms of materials and construction; it simply didn't live up to the brand's past reputation for quality.It's genuinely disheartening when a brand you once trusted for high standards no longer meets those expectations. This purchase was a complete letdown and not what I had hoped for. I was so unhappy with both the unappealing color (which was definitely not cream) and the overall impression of quality that I immediately sent it back for a refund.
