There was a very positive, unexpected help for me. My hair is streaked reddish blonde covering gray hair. When the red started to fade, I used the not your Mother's products. It deepened the blonde tone so that I can extend the time before I need to return to my hair salon. THAT is worth it's weight in gold!!

I usually splurge on salon brands like Amika, but this Not Your Mother’s Blonde Moment purple shampoo and conditioner combo really impressed me. The shampoo lathers even better than Amika, and both products leave my hair soft, not dried out. They tone brassiness well and smell nice too—not overpowering.For the price, it’s an excellent value, especially if you’re maintaining bottle blonde like I am. My packaged product showed up well wrapped and cared for -- no spill.Update from months later: I use this to tone my freshly bleached blonde hair and even with an extended amount of time on my hair, the shampoo leaves my hair SO, so soft and silky.I have 3B, 3C hair!

I love this shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair beautiful. I have naturally silver/ white hair and the shine that this product gives it is perfect. Soft silky, shiny and any environmentally caused dingy is gone. I only use it a couple times a week. I would recommend this product for sure.

Bought for my daughter who is getting blonde highlights regularly. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and Esthetician and Purple shampoo is really only a toner so you don’t need both shampoo and conditioner only one product with purple is needed. It doesn’t clean and moisturize enough for use as your regular shampoo/conditioner. We switched to a purple mask regularly and much better results.
