This is my first replacement blade I've bought since getting a Nutribullet about 8 months ago. The old blade started to get REALLY loud over time and eventually I could hear the speeds change mid-blend as if it was struggling on simply blend jobs like powder shakes. The old blade noise level increased so slowly over time you get used to it like a frog in a boiling pot. First time I used the new blade, I couldn't believe how quiet it is in comparison. Almost seems like it is better than the original when new, but could be my mind playing tricks on me after being conditioned to the old blade at the end of its life. I really hope they have made improvements, especially to the longevity (wishful thinking there), as going through $20 blades every 6-8 months really makes Nutribullet seem like a bad investment overtime. But then again you have to factor in the convenience factor. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to longevity/value concerns.

old one’s internal bushings wore out from constant use. Motor still good so we ordered this. Now Nutribullet is as good as new.

I bought this to replace the original blade of my 2 year old nutribullet, which had started leaking. It's been less than 3 months, using it maybe 3 times a week, and this replacement is already leaking,
