I have an exercise room built onto my house. I wanted some nice laminated posters that I could tack on the wall that offered different varieties of exercises for certain equipment in this case the Bosu ball. They look very nice and I'm looking forward to trying the different varieties of exercise exercises that I hope will make me feel better in the long run.

Even though this poster is packed with exercises, which means small text, the text is crisp and easy to read. The poster is made of a plastic material, and seems durable. It flattened fairly well, by un-rolling it, laying it upside down, and put some light weights on the back. The poster has exercises categorized by body area, which makes it easy to pick-and-choose the exercises on might like to try.

Laminated just right; can be mounted on the wall with Velcro Command strips (like I did), or framed. Or just let it flatten out and leave it on the desk! Numerous illustrated workouts. Great price.

I'm new to yoga and have tried several online videos but had a difficult time keeping up. This poster works for me because I can go as slow or fast as I need to and study the poses as I go along. I can do most of them and practice the others as much as possible. I stuck the poster on my dresser mirror so it's always there looking at me- it's amazing how just 15 or 20 minutes of doing these poses can do some good, especially after I take a walk or run a little in the morning. The poster is laminated and sturdy- I'm really glad I bought it. I did wait until the price went down- I think I paid $10 or so for it.

Great chart.. for most exercise you would want to do to get a total body work out. Definitely gives you enough to mix your routine up and keep it fresh. Without having to do same ones every workout.

What I really like is the fact that this company gives you the OPTION of which posters you want to order. Most other companies have poster packages, more than half of which you probably don't want or have any use for. These posters themselves are easy to understand, and look great framed. Perhaps in the future New Era will offer frame kits as well, to better fit their products. In any case I highly recommend these posters. They will assist in your WOD's Enjoy!

It's good but the folds in it are not fully disappearing could have maybe been rolled better for packing. Otherwise good size and lots of excercises shown.
