The media could not be loaded. I bought this product because I was redoing an entertainment cabinet and thought the add on tool might be helpful. The sandpaper does not stay on very well on this detail sander. I have an orbital sander by a different company and boy does the sand paper stay in place but not on this product. The addon as far as I am concerned, is a gimmick, sandpaper does not stay on it and it feels very fragile when I tried to use it. The mechanism to pop the triangle piece out in the front to install the add on is just poorly designed and a pain to get off. The cup that catches the detritus is hard plastic and does not come apart for cleaning...once you remove it, you have to tap it down then try to dump it out...multiple times. It did a decent job without the addon and it was easy to grip and not too noisy. I am keeping it since I have a few projects that I will be working on that require the smaller footprint. I took a star off for easy to use because of the design of the tip/addon and the cup.

I needed a palm sander to plane some doors that kept sticking due to the humidity. The unit appears to be solidly built. The pads included are good and got the job done. The attachment collects dust quite well. Did not use the vacuum connector.If one is a contractor, then maybe they could pay hundreds and get a bigger unit but for jobs around the house, it is ideal.Make sure you clean the unit once the job is done so the dust does not go all over.
