Usually I am not big fan of the herbs but i gave a shot for this product.I was sceptical first but it just works! I started with 1 capsule afternoon. I ate a pastry but I forgot to take my enzyme pill. I cannot digest very well the gluten, but no bloating and any digestive issues.Next morning was in hurry so I ate two small apples what is a big NO for me because I have prediabetes. At 1pm I realized I didn't have any problem. No hunger no dizziness and any black out moments. My husband asked me that night what is this new bottle on the counter because he started to take the capsules and he has so much energy all day and he did not take nap afternoon. (Do not judge he starts at work at 5am π)The first day was a big wow experience for us. I am totally impressed with this product.The coronavirus is here so we hope this product can boost our immune system.I will update this review in April.

I love this product. It is helpful to so many different aspects of a healthy lifestyle, without having any side effects that I have seen. Having had a near death experience with Covid-19 back in April I feel that this product has helped me get back to normal. It is also claimed to help with many of my longer term issues such as eyesight, and digestive problems. Since I began taking it I just feel healthier, have more energy, and a more positive outlook on life. I can't say that this product is responsible for all of that but it sure seems to have helped. And the fact that it is a detoxifier encourages me that it is helping to purge any remaining remnants of Covid-19 that may be lurking around in my system.

As an Ayurvedic Practitioner I use Triphala regularly for the energetic benefits of the three herbs I also recommend Triphala to my clients as a starting point to balancing their bodies and ailments. This brand works well and I am pleased with the results. I usually rotate brands and this is one of 3 I use regularly and recommend. I recommend this product.

What I love about this product is the way I feel in the morning after taking it. I feel less bloated and have less digestive issues. I also have had stable blood glucose levels all day for the first time in weeks. I found the pills easy to swallow although they do have a slight herbal taste. I did not find the smell or taste off putting at all though. They are average sized for an herbal supplement. This is my first week taking them and so I have only been taking two a night and can already notice a difference. I would highly recommend this Triphala supplement to anyone looking to improve their digestive system, blood sugar stability or detoxing in any way.

I bought it as a general detoxer, particularity because I have gastroparesis. I'm not sure if it has helped much there tho less inflammation helps everything. But I have had sinus problems my whole life including 2 surgeries. When I take 3 before bed, it may take a little bit of effort some days but most days, the draining starts about a half hour after I wake in the am. Bonus feature for me! I believe it is an effective detoxer, reduces bloat and is a miracle cure for those who suffer sinus problems.

A friend told me about Triphala to help with digestion, and this is the first brand/form that I tried. Their product aids digestion very well. No funny burps or tummy gurgles, everything flows smoothly and no side effects. I love that it's just powdered berries in capsules. I ran out & bought another brand at a local store but don't like the compressed pill form as much as I like these gel caps with powder in them. I'm reordering this product. It says 4 pills is a dose, but I took 2 or 3 per day.
