I will definitely buy this product again. It was a wonderful brine and I was 100% satisfied with the product and with the price. We’ve made our own brine in the past and while it’s good, this one worked even better. It was plenty for a large turkey and it assured the turkey came out moist and juicy. We also injected it with another product (TC’s) but the brine is always a very important step.

We bought this on a whim for our first turkey, and will never go back. Such great flavor and so easy to follow the directions. It seems almost like a crime to throw your turkey in the mix a day before and end up with such a flavorful turkey with a little effort. Not to mention that the turkey was not dry at all. It’s hard to find out of season, so stock up if you can.

I always bring my turkey before baking. I've always used my own brining recipe. But, ran across this one at the commissary. I bought it just to try out. Well, loved the flavor of my bird this year, I decided to pick up another and found it on Bolo. So, happy to have an extra in the pantry... the flavor was wonderful, and I only had the bird in tbe brine for about 8 hours... I can only imagine what it would have tasted like, had I left it in longer. Plus, my gravy was not salty... yes, I use the drippings for my gravy... I'll definitely be keeping this on hand... Worth every penny... the only extra thing I did was used seasonEd butter under the skin....

Really like the flavor. Easy to use. I would definitely purchase again. I would probably use a lesser amount of the rub. Also recommend injecting for a juicy turkey.
